Follow the steps below — escalate only when needed.

Game Crashes / Modpack Issues

Launcher closes or freezes when launching the Infernos modpack.

  1. Open Infernos Launcher → select the Infernos instance → Repair / Sync mods.
  2. Clear shaderpacks if you added custom shaders.
  3. Ensure the recommended Java version is selected in instance settings.
  4. Reinstall the modpack from the launcher if the crash persists.
Escalate if unresolved: Attach latest crash-report from `%appdata%/.minecraft/logs` in #modpack-support.
